Customer Service Coordinator
Requirement
- Prefer to has 1 year customer service related experience
(Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
- Need to be Computer literate
- Have initiative and can work independently
- Able to handle multi-task
Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service
- Possess good telephone skill
- Create Fact Sales order, Delivery Order, Invoice and Account Receivable
- Plan daily delivery schedule
- Support internal salesman to meet customers’ needs.
Sales Engineer
Requirement
- Prefer to has 1 year sales related experience
(Fresh Graduates are also welcome)
- Need to be Computer literate
- Have initiative and can work independently
- Possess Class 3 driving license
Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service
- Creating new accounts and built opportunities
- Building and maintain good relationship with clients
- Achieve sales targets and meet customers’ needs
